We have a lot to be proud of at Challenger and if you have been following this blog or our newsletter you will know that Challenger is on a journey from Good to Great and that we are putting People First. Last week \u00a0we completed the second Phase of this journey by completing our Big Picture presentations at our BC Terminal. Since January 4th<\/sup>\u00a0we have done 36 presentations at all of our locations on various days and shifts and the purpose of these presentations was to share the information we gathered during our discovery phase. In simple terms, the presentation was the following: \u201cWe asked, you spoke, we listened and here is what we are doing\u201d. This presentation will also be made available online for any Challenger Driver or Employee who was not able to attend one of the presentations. We are committed to making Challenger the place to be for anyone who works in Transportation or Supply Chain. We have great facilities, great equipment and most important- great people. Please check our website, social media, give us a call or send us an e-mail. If you are already a part of the Challenger Family we want to hear from you about what is going well and\/or what we can do to improve. If you\u2019re not already part of the Challenger Family we would really like to speak to you about joining us.
