The event was put on by Trucking HR Canada, the industry\u2019s go-to organization for all things human resources-related, to honor those fleets who made its Top Fleet Employers list this year.\u00a0 The Top Fleet Employers are companies within the trucking industry that go above and beyond to make their work places better for their employees.<\/p>\n<p>We were also honored to receive the <em>HR Innovator<\/em> award, a newly developed recognition award. These awards confirm that our practice of putting people first is working and is being recognized by others in our industry. \u00a0The criteria to qualify for these awards requires a detailed submission outlining our HR polices in many different areas including training and development, talent management and workplace culture.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter
