This is an announcement you will not want to miss!\u00a0<\/strong>At Challenger, we really value our drivers and owner operators and their hard work. They go the distance for our customers and we\u2019re thrilled to be able to go the distance for them. <\/strong>Starting on March 30th<\/sup>, we are increasing compensation for our drivers and owner operators, with new driver pay and higher rates. Our driving force is First Class.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At Challenger, we provide a First Class driving experience, and put our people first! When you drive for us, you enjoy top tier compensation, equipment, safety, dedicated support teams, training and more! Wherever the road takes you on your journey with Challenger, this pay increase is recognition that you are a valued member of the Challenger team.<\/p>\n

At Challenger, we have restructured our pay packages to pay drivers better. Across the company, all drivers will get a big increase with our new, simplified\u00a0 remuneration package. We reward your hard work with First Class rates, referral and safety bonuses, benefits from day one for experienced drivers, and employee discounts.<\/p>\n
