\"Challenger<\/p>\n

The Pan Am Games will be held July 10 through July 26, 2015 and the ParaPan Am Games (Paralympics) will be held June 26 through August 15 in Southwestern Ontario.\u00a0 The games will cause road closures, lane restrictions and increased congestion on roads throughout the greater Toronto<\/strong> area, Hamilton<\/strong> and Niagara Region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Challenger is making arrangements to have deliveries run as smooth as possible and have as minimal effect as possible to service during this time. We are working with the Ontario Transportation Association and Pan Am Games officials to understand the impact and specific challenges to be worked through. We ask for your assistance in some of the following ways: potential delivery at off peak hours\/open appointment windows, additional mileage and hours of service consideration for rerouting around road closures and near event venues, and\u00a0removing score card metrics for service performance across the impacted areas for the duration of the games.<\/p>\n
