  • Dedicated Account Managers–<\/strong>Your Primary contact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    As our preferred Customer, you will receive a personalized email address which will be created at time of your on-boarding with Challenger Logistics. (This email group is stacked with team members from leadership, sales, track and trace and back up coverage).\u00a0\u00a0 This is the one and only email address you will ever need for all your communication!<\/p>\n

    Through your customized e-mail address, your Dedicated Account Manager manages all communication with you and your team.\u00a0 If you prefer to call, text, or have a live chat, your Account Manager will be happy to engage via any medium.<\/p>\n

    • Carrier Procurement Executives<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      These are the \u2018Big Wheels\u2019 at Challenger Logistics that keep your shipments moving.<\/p>\n

      They are a regionalized team of experts working in the background that know which driver\/partner to put on your shipments. They work hand in hand with your Account Manager to ensure your shipments get where they need to, when they need to.<\/p>\n

      • Track and Trace Team<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        These are the \u2018Know it Alls\u2019 on our team. \u00a0With the help of technology and person to person communication, they know where your freight is at all times and help ensure it stays on track and on time.\u00a0 We have staff in office and available from 7am \u2013 2am Monday thru Friday tracing your shipments and 7am \u2013 7pm on Saturday & Sunday.\u00a0 If you need something outside of these hours, feel free to call your Account Manager who is available by cell phone and is happy to assist!<\/p>\n

        • Carrier Development Management and the Carrier Set-up & Compliance Team<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          W-9, W-8, DOT, MC #\u2019s, SCAC Code, CGL, CL\u2026.not sure what all that means? No worries our team is here to help put it all together!<\/p>\n

          Our Carrier Development Manager meets and communicates regularly with our Select group of partners, making sure that we are continually aligned on our values and expectations<\/p>\n

          Our valued Partners go through a thorough on-boarding and must meet minimum requirements for Insurance and Safety ratings. During Partner on-boarding, multiple sources and references are checked and reviewed to ensure compatibility<\/p>\n

          Our Carrier Set up & Compliance teams keep all Partner records updated and current in our TMS (Transportation Management System)<\/p>\n
