This time of year is a mix of emotions for people of all ages and stages in life. For little Children, they are wondering if they have been good enough to receive all of those holiday requests and for adults it is a whirlwind of activity with shopping, gatherings, baking etc. But this time of year is also a very stressful time for many people, perhaps this is the first holiday season without certain loved ones, or perhaps you along with many people may find this time of year simply overwhelming. I choose this topic to write about today for the simple reason that many times we do not know what another person is dealing with or going through in their personal life when we interact with them at work or in business. I try to keep this in mind when dealing with people all year long but I can only claim progress not perfection. Please try and think about this as you go about your last minute holiday preparation, that person you just spoke with may be dealing with many things and this time of year can really add to that stress. I guess this really all domes back to the Golden Rule of treat others as you would with to be treated.<\/p>\n
